Lucky for me, I got selected to join the SECTA course.”

Dimitrios chuckled, recalling the challenge. “You’re right; it’s quite demanding. But they provide plenty of support, and it’s all part of the learning process. It helps you get prepared for the industry.”
Nelson continued his inquiry. “So, Dimitrios, what kind of work did you do before considering security? Is this a career change for you?”
Dimitrios leaned back, thinking for a moment. “I used to work in retail, but I wanted a change – something more exciting and fulfilling,” he explained. “Security seemed like a great fit, offering a chance to make a difference and contribute to safety.”
