Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the client and their representatives
Working for Various Sydney Train Sites including; stations, stabling yards, support centres
Assist station staff with passenger safety, crowd control and anti-social behaviours
Protect assets including trains, property and staff/passengers
Mostly Night shifts and 7 day rosters
Effectively handle complaints from clients, ensuring all issues are analysed, resolved and recorded
Internal and external foot patrols, spot checking, fault reporting
Emergency and alarm responses
Write legible and informative incident reports, hazard reports and shift logs
Always represent and promote the company
About you
Permanent Residency without restrictions
Current Security Licence (1AC)
Certificate (s) in Security Operations
Valid First Aid Certificate
Minimum 1 years demonstrated experience in a similar role (s)
Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills- literacy in all MS Office products
Highly Customer service orientated
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills- active listening and professionalism
Conflict resolution
Incident report writing skills- attention to detail
Confidentiality- ability to maintain sensitive information
Good to have Railway Industry Worker Card.
